Name of the Project : "Host Interactome analysis understanding the Role of Host molecules in Parasitic infection(HOPE)."

Name of the PI/Co-PI: Dr. Saikat Chakrabarti.

Qualification required : M.Sc in Bioinformatics with at least 55% marks OR 1st class M.Tech in Computer Science(Experience is not mandatory for M.Tech candidates).

Required Experience : Candidates should have at least 2 years of post M.Sc. research experience in large scale sequence analysis, genome data analysis and comparison using bioinformatics and computational biology tools and techniques. Candidates who are proficient in writing programmes in perl and C/C++ will be preferred.

Age Limit : 32 Years

Stipend : Rs.18,000/- p.m. + HRA as per admissible.

Terms & Conditions : The engagement is purely temporary and, therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the date of interview. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC / ST / OBC / PH and women candidates as per rules.
