ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROJECT ASSISTANTS

Central Food Technological Research Institute, a constituent establishment of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India, wishes to recruit a Project Assistant Level-IV on temporary basis to work in the Project funded by ICMR, New Delhi entitled ""Rapid detection of probiotic lactics and assessing their suitability in vivo system" in this Institute on a consolidated salary of Rs 21,140 per month.

The Selection will be on the basis of Interview. The engagement will be initially for a period of one year, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the tenure of the project/satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and does not entitle him/her for the CSIR/CFTRI post/fellowship. If selected, the candidate has to report for duty on 10^th April 2013.

No TA will be paid for attending the interview.

Age: Maximum 35 Years.

Essential Qualifications:PhD in any branch of biological sciences with publications. Research experience in probiotics and expertise in handling molecular techniques will be preferred.

Qualifications being equal, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC community will be given preference.
