Central Food Technological Research Institute, a constituent establishment of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India, wishes to recruit a Project Assistant Level-II on temporary basis to work in the Net Work Project CSC 0112 entitled "Development of sustainable processes for edible oils with health benefits from traditional and new resources" in this Institute on a consolidated salary of Rs 12,000 p.m.

The Selection will be on the basis of Interview. The engagement will be initially for a period of one year, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the tenure of the project/satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and does not entitle him/her for the CSIR/CFTRI post/fellowship. If selected, the candidate has to report for duty on 1st April 2013.
No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
Age: Maximum 28 Years.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc (first class) in the area of Life Science/ Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Physics/Bio-Technology/Molecular Biology & Microbiology. B.Tech (first class) in Bio-Chemical Engineering/ Bio-technology.
Qualifications being equal, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC community will be given preference.
