UGC Major Research Project Anthropogenetic Profile of “Denotified” Tribes (Vimukt Jatis) of Punjab (North-West India) and its Social Implication
Applications on plain paper along with bio-data and attested copies of certificates are invited for the post of a Project Fellow in a UGC Major Research Project entitled “Anthropogenetic Profile of “Denotified” Tribes (Vimukt Jatis) of Punjab (North-West India) and its Social Implication” sanctioned to Prof. S. M. S. Chahal, Department of Human Genetics, Punjabi University, Patiala (Punjab), purely on temporary basis up to March 2016.
Candidates must have second class Masters Degree with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) in Human Genetics or related subject or M.Phil. in the subjects concerned and be below 40 years.
Appointed Fellow will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 14,000/- p.m. and HRA as per the UGC/university rules.
