Applications are invited for the appointment of one Junior Research Fellow provided in the scheme, "Assessment of copepods as bio-control agents of mosquito larvae in standing water bodies of Punjab C5S-79 (PC-6119) on the prescribed form along with attested copies of certificates at a fixed salary of @ Rs. 16,000/- PM + 20 % HRA as per rules.
Qualifications:
1. BSc/BSc (Agriculture) with minimum OGPA of 2.00/4.00 basis or OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50% marks.
2. MSc Zoology/Entomology/Life Sciences with OGPA of 3.40/4.00 OJ" OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
The applicants should apply on prescribed fonnat which is available in Room No.104 of Department of Zoology, College of Basic Sciences & Humanities building. The cost of the form is Rs.200/- in the form of Bank draft favouring Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana. The particulars of the bank draft will be mentioned on the top left side of tile form before the same is delivered to the applicant.
The applications which lire found incomplete shall not be considered. Candidates in their own interest should submit complete application forms before the due date. The amount of first full month or fellowship payable to the Junior Research Fellow will be kept as security with the University and will be paid to him/her as and when he/she leaves the fellowship after giving the requisite one month notice or deposit the amount of one month's fellowship.
The last date for the receipt of applications complete in all respects in the Department of Zoology is 15.4.2013. The interview will be held in the office of the undersigned on 23.4.2013 at 11.30 A.M. No separate intimation will be given for appearing in the interview.
No TA/DA. will be paid for attending tile interview.
