The following post is to be filled up under the time bound I.C.M.R. funded research project. The posts are purely temporary & contractual basis.
1) RESEARCH ASSISTANT (ONE)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
ESSENTIAL : Three years Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences /Microbiology / Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Genetics from a Recognized University with one year Diploma in Medical Lab.Technology (DMLT) .
DESIRABLE : M.Sc. 1st class with Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry, Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Genetics will be preferred.
AGE : The upper age limit is 30 years as on 1st April, 2013.
STIPEND: : Rs. 23,220/-p.m. (Fixed)
2) TECHNICIAN ‘C’ (TWO)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
ESSENTIAL : HSC( 10+2) with science subject from recognized Board with two years Diploma in DMLT Govt.Recognized Organisation / Institute / Medical College.
DESIRABLE : B.Sc.. in Biochemistry/Life Sciences/ Microbiology/ Chemistry / Biotechnology, with DMLT will be preferred.
AGE : The upper age limit is 28 years as on 1st April, 2013
STIPEND: : Rs. 13,760/-p.m.(Fixed)
3) SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW : (TWO)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : M.Sc. 1st class in Life Science /Microbiology/ Genetics, Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/
Chemistry with 2 yrs research experience.AGE : The upper age limit is 28 years as on 1st April, 2013.
STIPEND: : Rs. 18000/- + HRA as per rules.
5) (b) RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (ONE) (NON MEDICAL)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
ESSENTIAL : 1) Ph.D. in Applied Biology / Biotechnology /Biochemistry with 3 years Post Doctoral research experience in molecular biology.
Experience in the field of Hemopoietic stem cells culture techniques and Molecular Biology techniques. .
DESIRABLE : Experience in hematopoietic stem cell culture.
AGE : The upper age limit is 40 years as on 1st April,2013
STIPEND: : Rs. 23,000/-plus HRA p.m. (Fixed)
