ADMISSION NOTIFICATION - 2013
Applications are invited for admission to B.Sc. and M.Sc. programmes in Bioinformatics (Full Time), for the session 2013 - 2014.
B.Sc. Bioinformatics (3 Years, 6 Semesters)
Eligibility: A pass with 50% marks in Higher Secondary (10+2) or any equivalent Examination with subjects in Biological Sciences.
Course Fee: 8,000 /- per semester
M.Sc. Bioinformatics (2 Years, 4 Semesters)
Eligibility: A pass with 50% marks in Bachelor Degree in any one of the following as one of the major subjects : Agriculture, Applied Science, Zoology, Animal Science, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Botany, Plant Biology, Biochemistry and Plant Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology, Electronics, Environmental Science, Food Science & Nutrition, Mathematics, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Physics, Statistics, Medical Sciences (MBBS/BDS/B.V.Sc.) and B.Pharm. of any recognized Indian or Foreign university.
Course Fee: 15,000 /- per semester
How to Apply and Register:
Applications for admission to the above courses must be made in the prescribed application form which can be had from the college office on payment of Rs. 75/- for B.Sc. and Rs. 300/- for M.Sc. course. Photocopies of all mark statements, degree certificate / provisional certificate (for M.Sc.), transfer certificate, conduct certificate, community certificate, family identity card, quota concessions certificate, and three passport size photos should be enclosed along with the filled in application form.
