Applications are invited through Walk-in-Interview on 11-06-2013 between 09:00 hrs. and 12:00 hrs. for the following vacancies under Non-Institutional ad-hoc project.
Title of project : “Analysis of The Structures of Known Antimicrobial Peptides Using Machine Learning Algorithms and Molecular Dynamics Simulations”
1. Senior Research Fellow - Two
Rs. 18000/- + 30% HRA p.m.
Rs. 14000/- + 30% HRA
First Class M.Sc. in Bioinformatics / Biological Sciences from recognized university with 2 years research experience and CSIR / UGC / ICMR NET qualified
or
First Class M.Sc. in Bioinformatics / Biological Sciences from recognized university with 2 years research experience.
Good knowledge of protein structures with 1-2 years of experience in use of molecular modeling / dynamics software’s will be preferred.
Not exceeding 35 Years
Three years
2. Project Assistant (Level-II)
Rs. 8000/- p.m.
First Class M.Sc. in Bioinformatics / Biological Sciences / Computer Sciences
Good knowledge of computer application / databases.
Not exceeding 28 Years
Three years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates will be as per the government rules.
- Qualification/degree should be from a reputed Institution/University.
- Mere fulfilling the essential qualification/experience does not guarantee for selection.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- No TA/DA will be paid either for attending the interview or joining the post.
- Persons already in regular time scale service under any Government Department / Organizations are not eligible
