§ Establish an appreciation of Regenerative Medicine rationale, progress-to-date and the main challenges to be met.
§ Provide insights into understanding of Regenerative Medicine in biomedical field to the students, research scholars and clinicians in the field of life sciences, medicine and pharmacy.
§ To allow and provide ample opportunity for participants to interact with each other, both within the formal sessions and informally at other times.
About the Workshop and Its Outcome
Regenerative Medicine aims at helping the body to regenerate damaged tissues by providing cells and/or bioactive compounds and, in its widest sense, brings together life sciences with engineering principles and manufacturing science in the development of biological substitutes for the replacement, repair and maintenance of human tissue and the enhancement of its function. The Regenerative Medicine has always been captivating and more of a miracle in recent years. Currently it is one of the most vibrant areas of biological research all over the world. The dynamic self reparative and rejuvenating ability of stem cells and their remarkable plasticity has opened the doors of unabated technological advancement and created opportunities for the growth in newer dimensions. With the appropriate translational research and knowledge transfer, Regenerative Medicine will find expression at a commercially relevant scale and stand to bring advanced solutions in treating the afflictions of trauma and chronic illness.
The 3 days Workshop on Regenerative Medicine-The future crux of the Health sector features a diverse range of scientific sessions organized into thematic tracks focusing on translational stem cell research that demonstrates the potential to advance cures for major diseases. It serves as a strong platform for the students, researchers and clinicians to be a part of this existing race to create a more scientifically advanced tomorrow. “Your imagination is your preview of life's coming attractions”, as quoted by Einstein, we foresee this workshop as the right destination to realize a person’s research dream and to achieve their long awaited career goals in the field of Regenerative Medicine.
