Walk-in-Interview is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 31st July, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at this Institute for preparation of select panel of candidates for 03 tentative positions of Project Assistant Level-I under the various in-House, Networked and Sponsored Projects on purely temporary basis for the duration of the project(s) which will be co-terminus with the duration of the projects.

1. Name of Position: Project Assistant Level-I

Stipend : Rs.8,000/- P.M. (consolidated) or as per the provisions in the respective
projects.

Educational Qualifications: (i) 1st Class B.Sc.in Life Sciences.

(ii) 1st Class B.Sc. in Chemistry/Food Science &Tech./Food & Nuteraceuticals) OR Three years full time duration 1st Class Diploma in Chemical Engg'/Food Science/Industrial Engg./ Production Engg. after 10+2 with Science subjects.

Date & Time of Walk- in-Interview: Wednesday, the 31st July, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.

Place : CSIR-IHBT, Palampur (H.P.).

Age: 28 years as on 31.07.2013.

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried are allowed age concession up to the age of 35 years,(Up to 40 years for members of SC/STs).-No other women entitled for such relaxation.

The number of positions as advertised may vary depending upon the suitability of candidates and assess needs of the candidates in the relevant projects.

Eligible candidates may appear for "Walk-in-Interview" on the date, time and place mentioned above along with an application on prescribed format which is available on the CSIR-IHBT, website http://www.ihbt.res.in/recruit/PA_Form.pdf alongwith.attested photocopies of testimonials of their age,educational qualifications, experience, reserved cateqory.etc. at the time of interview. The positions are purely temporary and coterminus with the duration of the Projects. There will be no right implicit or explicit for regular position or any post in CSIR-IHBT,whatsoever. Candidates must also bring with them original certificates of testimonials at the time of the appearing for interview failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview. No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
