Essential Qualifications	M.Sc Biochemistry / Organic Chemistry / Biotechnology / Marine Science (Marine Chemistry). CSIR/UGC-NET (LS) qualified candidates will be considered for JRF(LS) position
Desirable	Candidate with experience in analyses of plankton and knowledge of computer application will be preferred. Good knowledge of spectroscopy and handling of HPLC, UV-vis etc. required and candidate should be able to work independently.
Job requirement	The candidate will have to assist scientist in fieldwork for collection of marine samples, preparation of crude extracts, isolation and identification of secondary metabolites from organisms and in carrying out chromatographic purification, laboratory experiments.
