A Research Associate in a DST India project (Duration 2 years)
Qualification: PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology. Experience of working on the origins of DNA replication will be an advantage.
Job requirements:
Mammalian cell culture, DNA transfection of cells and gene expression analysis, cell cycle analysis, confocal microscopy, quantitative PCR, chromatin immunoprecipitation assay, etc.
