DBT Project: Functional Characterization of the operating Hsp40:Hsp70 chaperone network in Plants (RGYI)
Duration: One year (with possibility of extension up to three years on satisfactory performance)

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in any branch of Biological Sciences/Life Sciences with good academic record throughout. NET/GATE/DBT/ICMR qualified candidates will be preferred.
Previous experience of one year or more in a reputed Molecular Biology Lab is preferable.

Age Limit: Applicant should not have completed 28 years of age at the time of application.
Salary: Rs.12,000 + HRA (20%) for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 14000-/ + 20% HRA for 3rd year.
Skills to be gained: During the training the candidates will gain hands-on experience in the field of Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry and Yeast Genetics.
Other responsibilities: The candidate will also be involved in overseeing day to day lab business related to the project.
