WALK -IN-INTERVIEW FOR JRF POSITIONS

CSIR-IICT is conducting Walk-in-Interviews for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for PhD programme in the following areas from highly talented research oriented candidates:

Research Area Vacancy

Organic Chemistry 50
Analytical Chemistry 02
Polymers & Functional Materials 04
Inorganic & Physical Chemistry 21
Biology/ Chemical Biology 06

Vacancy: The Vacancies shown against the Research Area are only indicative figures and actual requirement may vary at the time of interview.

Eligibility: First class M.Sc. degree or equivalent in Chemistry (Organic/ Inorganic/ Physical/ Analytical Medicinal and Polymers); Biology/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Environmental/ Genetics/ Zoology or Allied sciences with i) a valid rank in CSIR/UGCNET JRF Examination OR ii) a valid DST-INSPIRE/ ICMR Fellowship.

Note: The candidates who have passed CSIR-UGC-NET examination, under the "Lectureship category" are NOT eligible.

Application procedure:
Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria may download the application form from our website www.iictindia.org and appear for Walk-In-Interview on 06th Sept., -2013 along with i) duly filled 'in application form supported by ii) one set of attested photo copies of Certificates of educational qualification, age, experience, caste (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates) iii) latest passport size photograph. The candidates are required to bring all the original certificates for verification.

Procedure at CSIR-IICT

Selection for admission to the Ph.D. Programme shall be on the basis of Walk-In-Interview(s) to be conducted at CSIR-IICT on September 06, 2013. Please note that as per the applicable norms no TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview.

Registration Time: 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM
