Applications are invited for purely project based positions on temporary basis in the project based R&D activities of the Institute for three to five years or till the termination of the project. Candidates having appropriate qualifications in relevant subject specialization with consistently good academic record and experience as given below may apply.
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 01 No
M.Sc. 1st division in Botany/Forestry/Environmental Science
Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in relevant field or NET qualified.
HPPCL Funded Project; “Study on the impact of Sainj Hydro-Electric Project on the Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP) in general and flora and fauna of the local area in particular” (PI: Dr. S.S. Samant)
Age Limit: JRF 28 years, PA 26 Years; Relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC /Women and PH as per Govt. norms.
Emoluments: JRF Rs. 12,000 + 10% H.R.A; for NET qualified Rs 16,000 + 10% H.R.A; PA Rs. 8,000 (fixed) p.m.
