Walk-in–Interview for Junior Research Fellow

Eligible candidate can attend a Walk-in-Interview at 10:30 am on 22 October 2013 in Dr P. K. Parija Hall of RPRC for the temporary position of Junior Research Fellow.

Title of the project: ‘Inventory and study of wild edible and poisonous mushrooms in the forest ecosystems of Odisha’ funded by Ministry of Environment and Forests, Govt of India.

Duration of project: 3 years.

Number of posts: 2.

The post is purely temporary and is project based. Age should not exceed 30 years as on date of advertisement.

Qualification: M.Sc. Degree in Microbiology or M.Sc. (Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Science) with Microbiology specialization.

Desirable: NET JRF/NET (LS)/GATE or minimum 2 years experience in mushroom research.

Emoluments: Consolidated pay of Rs 16,000 p.m. + 10% HRA for NET JRF and other as per MoEF guidelines.

The candidate should bring with him/her a brief bio-data, copies of all original certificates in support of the educational qualifications and experience and other documents for verification at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview and the selected candidate has to join the assignment immediately.
