Walk- In-Interview on 27th December, 2013 for recruitment of JRF
Title of the Project: “Development of forewarning model using regression and simulation approach for management of rice leaf folder, Cnaphalocrosis medinalis Guenee (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae)” Department of Science and Technology (DST)/Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) sponsored project.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) One post
Rs. 12000/- + 30% HRA per month for I & II year; and 14000/- + 30% HRA for
III year (as per DST norms)
Essential: M.Sc. with specialization in Entomology/ Zoology (with Entomology)/Life Sciences
Desirable: Research experience in the field of entomology and field work.
NET qualification.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Age limit: 35 years (Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST/ and women candidate as per govt. guidelines).
2. The Interview of eligible candidates will be held in the Division of Entomology, IARI, PUSA Campus, New Delhi on 27th December, 2013 at 10.00 A.M.
3. The total duration of the project is 3 years and the above post is purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. The renewal of yearly contract is subjected to the satisfactory performance of JRF.
4. Interested candidates satisfying the essential qualifications may come for the interview with a copy of the bio-data, original and attested copies of all certificates, recent copy of passport size photograph, no objection certificate from current employer (if employed), publications.
5. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview.
