2. Gene transformation and GUS expression
3. Activity PAGE for protease inhibitor analysis
4. Zymography for identification of protease activity
5. Identification of drug targets using computational techniques
6. HPLC technique for analysis of bioactive compounds
7. MTT assay for determination of anticancer activity
8. Protein structure analysis using In silico tools
Registration & Accommodation: The participants are required to register to attend the workshop. There is no registration fee. The participants will receive a complimentary copy of the workshop material.
Accommodation will be arranged in the campus hostels on prior intimation. Accommodation fee of Rs 300/- is to be paid at the time of registration.
