An walk-in-interview will be conducted on 19 December 2013 at 11.30 A.M. at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata for recruitment of One (1) Technical Assistant on purely temporary basis to work in the Human Genetics Unit of the Institute.
Qualifications Master degree with consistently good academic record in Biochemistry/Biophysics/Molecular Biology/Genetics. Experience in molecular biology and cell biology techniques will be preferred.
Job Description To assist Investigator for regular molecular biology and cell biology experiments.
Candidates appearing for the interview ate required to bring with them thp application addressed to the Professor-in-Charge, Biological Sciences Division, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata along with bio-data stating (a) Name; (b) Address and Telephone number; (c) E-mail address; (d) i Father's/Husband's Name; (e) Date of Birth; (f) Educational Qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in each examination); (g) Experiences, if any, and (h) SC/ST /OBC status along with attested copies of all certificates. They should also bring the original copies of the certificates for verification. Candidates will have to report at the Office of the Human Genetics Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, 203 B.T. Road, Kolkata 700108, on the day of interview half an hour before the time.
