Junior Research fellow (JRF) / Project Assistant
Stipend : Rs. 14000 p.m. (1st & 2nd year) & Rs. 16000 p.m. (3 rd year) + 20% HRA for non-NET candidates / Rs. 16000 p.m. (1st & 2nd year) & Rs 18000 p.m. (3 rd year) + 20% HRA for NET-JRF qualified.
Qualification : M.Sc. 1st Division in Microbiology or Biotechnology
Age Limit: Maximum age is 28 year
Job Requirement:
1. Collection and physicochemical analysis of pulp paper mill effluent from different paper industry.
2. Characterization of potential bacterial species and community from sludge and wetland plant rhizosphere capable for degradation of residual pollutants from pulp paper mill effluent after secondary treatment.
3. Optimization of biological detoxification process of pulp paper mill effluent in the designed constructed wetland treatment process.
2. Position : Field Assistant/Lab Assistant
Stipend : Consolidated Rs. 10,000 p.m.
Qualification: B.Sc. (bio) / B.Tech (biotech) with Minimum II nd Division and good knowledge of Computer (MS Office) will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum age up to 32 year
Job Requirement: Field Assistant will be busy to support the routine work of sampling, autoclaving, washing of glassware, maintenance of equipments and help to compile the research data and communication of research paper based on day to day work.

The above post is purely temporary and will be terminated with one months notice. The terms and the condition of the appointment shall be governed according to DST, Govt of India.
