WALK -IN INTERVIEW

1. Developing chickpea cultivars suited to mechanical harvesting and tolerant to herbicides

SRF One

Rs. 16000/month plus HRA

Essential: M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/ Genetics/ PB&G/ /Agricultural Botany

Terms & Conditions

(i) Age limit: For SRF: 35 years on the date of interview (12/02/2014). Age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC.
(ii) The posts are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially up to March 2014, or till the termination of the project which-ever is earlier.
(iii) The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project.
(iv) The interview of eligible candidates for the post of SRF will be held on 12th February 2014 at 10.00 AM. in the Technology Cell, Division of Genetics, IARI, New Delhi 110012.
(v) Reporting time and venue: 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the Seminar Hall of Division of Genetics, IARI.
(vi) The candidates will have to bring filled and signed bio-data (in the given format only), original certificates, attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph.
(vii) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
(viii) Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview.
(ix) Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
(x) It may be noted that for SRF M.Sc. degree certificate either original or provisional is essential to be brought while attending the interview.
(xi) The candidate intending to visit for interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an employee of the ICAR/IARI, have to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing so as to reach by 05th February, 2014. If on the date of interview such declaration is furnished and found that his relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, such candidate will not be allowed to appear in interview.
(xii) All the other candidates are also required compulsorily to furnish the declaration duly signed in the format annexed and submit on the date of interview.
