Job Description Routine shop floor activities in upstream and downstream areas on rotational shifts (A, B, C or General) in the cGMP environment would involve the following.
Ability to handle lab and manufacturing scale equipments like bioreactors, chromatography system and TFF systems.
Knowledge of aseptic practices and bio-separation techniques including chromatographic purification and membrane separation.
Be involved with technology transfers.
Awareness of quality systems as expected at this level.
Knowledge of CIP/SIP concepts and systems.
Strong analytical thinking for trouble shooting problems.
Proven knowledge of GMP, equipment qualification and aseptic techniques in biologic manufacturing.
Well developed written and oral communication skills. Good quantitative skills.
