WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF PROJECT FELLOW

(DST/SERB/YS/LS134/Recruitment/01)

A Walk-in Interview will be held on 25.02.2014 for the recruitment of One post of Project Assistant position under the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) funded project entitled “Study of Arginase metabolic pathway enzymes in opportunistic fungal pathogen Candida albicans’’ at the Department of Life Science and Bioinformatics, Assam University, Silchar, Assam 788011. The duration of the project is for three years. The details of the post and its minimum qualifications are as follows:

1. Project Assistant : One position

2. Emoluments: Consolidated Rs 8,000/ pm for 3 years

3. The candidates must possess minimum 55% marks in M Sc. in Life Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology with good academic records.

Preference will be given to candidates having demonstrated experience in the related research. The position is purely temporary and will be governed by the Administrative rules/ service conditions of the University/SERB.
