Walk-in-Interview

A Walk-in-Interview for the following contractual positions as detailed below will
be held on 3rd May. 2014 at 11.00 p.m. in the Institute Premises.

Senior Research Fellow (SRF) :(one) Post

in the project entitled."Cotton Technical Assistance Programme(Cotton TAP) to strengthen Cotton Value Chain in Cotton-4 Countries (Benin,Burkina Faso. Chad and Mali) and Malawi. Nigeria and Uganda in Africa"

Qualification Required

Essential Master's degree in Agriculture/Science/ Engineering/Technology.

Pay Rs.16,000/- p.m. plus H.R.A. as admissible under the rules.

Duration of the scheme Up to September. 2014 or till termination/completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

1. Place of posting CIRCOT, Mumbai
2. Age limit Maximum age limit for 35 years (men) and 40 years for women on the date of interview.
3. For SC/ST/OBC candidate's age limit is as per Govt. of India norms. Such candidates claiming relaxation in age should produce the caste certificate from the Competent Authority.
4. Candidates who are employed in govt.-organization should produce No objection Certificate from the Employer and experience certificate in original required at the time of interview.
5. Positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim for regular appointments/absorption either in this Institute or ICAR.
No. T.A./D.A. will be paid for attending the Interview.
7. Candidates may appear for walk-in-interview with bio-data in the prescribed
format, photographs and original testimonials, with one set of Xerox copies.
