Post : Research Assistant

Project title: “Endophytic Fungi from Medicinal Plants of Sathyamangalam Forests as a Source of medicinally important Biomolecules with special reference to Camptothecin and optimization of technology transfer to industries”

Essential Qualification: M.Sc., /M.Phil., in life Sciences or B.Tech/ M.Tech in Biotechnology with sufficient knowledge in Fungal Taxonomy, Isolation, identification and preservation of fungi, molecular techniques with expertise in handing analytical equipments; Spectroscopic/Microscopic/HPLC/ FTIR/ NMR etc., will be preferred.

Emoluments: Minimum Rs. 8,000/- per month for 3 years (DRDO guidelines applicable)
