Project Title : Establishment of a DBT Centre at NEHU for empowerment of North Eastern Human Resource for Biotechnology Activities
Position : Research Associate (01 post)
Qualifications : Ph.D degree in Botany/Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/
Agriculture Sciences/Life Sciences.
Emolument : Rs.22,000.00 pm plus HRA as per NEHU rules
Project Title : Establishment of State level Biotech Hub under special programme
for NER
Position : Junior Research Fellow (01 post)
Qualifications : M.Sc. degree in Botany/Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Agriculture/ Life Sciences with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination (NET/GATE/BINC candidates will be given preference)
Emolument : Rs.12000.00 pm for the Ist and IInd year and Rs. 14000.00 pm for the IIIrd year plus HRA as per NEHU rules for non NET/GATE/BINC candidates and Rs. 16000.00 pm for the Ist and IInd year and Rs. 18000.00 pm for the IIIrd year plus HRA as per NEHU rules for NET/GATE/BINC candidates
Position : Lab. Attendant (01 post)
Qualifications :10th pass with 3 three years experience in laboratory/field work
Emoluments :Rs.6,000/-pm plus 15% HRA
The positions are purely temporary for the duration of the project. The emoluments for RA/JRF/SRF may change as per the norms of DBT, New Delhi.
The appointment does not confer any entitlement or right over the job for absorption in the University service.

*HRA shall be paid only in case the Associate/fellow is not provided University Accomodation/ Hostel.
