Position : Junior Research Fellow
Funding agency : DAE-BRNS
Qualifications : M.Sc with minimum of 55% marks in Botany/Plant Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Agriculture/Chemistry.
Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply but the decision on their application shall be subject to they acquiring the requisite qualification before the date of interview.
Emoluments : Rs. 16000.00 p.m + HRA as per NEHU rules
Applications to be submitted to Prof. N. K. Chrungoo, PI, DAE-BRNS project, Dept. of Botany, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong- 793 022 within three weeks of the date of the Advertisement (April 11, 2014)
The guidelines, emoluments and general service rules for the staff sanctioned will be as per the DAE office memorandum No. 10/2/2009/fellowship/R&D-II/6093 dated 30 June 2010.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview and they will have to attend the interviews at their own cost.
