Project Fellow: One

Research Project: "An ecological study of paradoxical establishment of white oak in the pine invaded habitats and change in ecosystem processes and services in oak pine ecotone areas in central Himalaya".

Duration: Till March2016

Essential qualifications: MSc in Botany/Forestry/Life Sciences/ Environmental Sciences with practical knowledge of plant ecology.

Desirable qualifications: Field experience in Himalayan forest ecosystems and willing to visit forest sites in Central Himalaya regularly during the project tenure.

Emoluments: @ Rs. 14000/ p.m. for initial 2 years and Rs. 16000/ p.m. for third year onwards.
