WALK IN INTERVIEW
Written test and Interview for selection of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to be engaged on contract basis under the funded project on ‘Development of pest surveillance based on crop advisory for Crop Health Management’ will be held on 18.06.2014 (Wednesday) at 9.30 a.m. at KVK-Alleppey, CPCRI (Regional Station), Krishnapuram, Kayamkulam. (Ph. No. 0479-2449268)
The candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria may attend the Walk in interview.
They should bring with them original certificates in proof of educational qualifications, age, experience, etc. Those who qualify in written test will only be permitted to attend interview. No TA will be paid for the journey for attending the interview.
01 Place of work KVK, CPCRI (RS) Kayamkulam and farmers’ fields in various Panchayaths of Alappuzha district

03 Qualifications Essential:
(1) B.Sc. (Agri.)/M.Sc (Botany/ Zoology/Microbiology)
(2) Basic knowledge in Computer applications
Desirable:
(1) VHSE in Agriculture
(2) Experience in the mass production of bio-agents, pheromone traps, culture maintenance etc.
(3) Valid two wheeler licence
04 Age 18-30 years for men and 18-35 years for women as on the date of interview (Upper age limit relaxable to SC/ST/OBC candidate as per rules on production of proof)
05 Duration Initially for a period of one year and extendable upto March 2016.
06 Pay Consolidated fellowship of Rs.12,000/- p.m. + HRA
07 Mode of work Field survey, pest surveillance, demonstration of technologies in the farmers’ fields, data collection and documentation, mass production of bio-agents, pheromone traps, culture maintenance and any other works assigned by the Principal Investigator.
