Applications on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates for following positions in ICMR sponsored research project “Multicentric study to find out prevalence of chronic kidney disease in Adults in Urban Indian Population” purely on temporary basis for one year. The selected candidates will be paid remunerations as per existing ICMR rules. The applications on plain paper along with relevant documents and resume to be submitted to the undersigned within seven days from the date of publication of this notice. No TA /DA shall be paid for attending the interview. If number of applications received is more than five for any post, short listing of the candidates will be done on the basis of the project requirement and Walk-in Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted on 2nd June, 2014 (Monday), in the office of the Director, NIREH, Bhopal. List of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on website of NIREH. If the number of shortlisted candidates are more than ten for each post, a written examination will be taken. Reporting time for candidates is 9 : 00 a.m. on 2nd June, 2014.

1 Senior Research Fellow

Rs. 18,000/- per month + HRA

MSc (Life Sciences) from a UGC recognized institute with two years research experience

Desirable :

i) Two years experience of  working in a research /  clinical lab.

ii) CSIR/NET/ GATE/ICMR

Not exceeding 35 years

2 Field Investigator Two

27,000/- per month

Four / Three Years Bachelor Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology

Desirable : 1 Year Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology or 1 Year Field Experience.

Good communication, reading and writing skills, ability to meet and counsel people in community and collect information. Able to use Computer and work with databases and labeling. Medical Exposure or Clinical or Field experience is desirable.

Not exceeding 30 years

3 Lab. Attendant

14,000/- per month

10+2 with science

Desirable : 2 years DMLT / BSc MLT

Two years experience of working in a recognized Laboratory.

Not exceeding 28 years
