Project Assistant Level-I (non-Ph.D)
B.Sc- with 50% marks for General Category & 45% marks for SC/ST candidates

Project Assistant Level-II (non-Ph.D)
M.Sc- (Envi Science) / B.E, B.Tech ( Envi. Science/Envi. Engineering ) with Min. 55% marks for General Category & 50% marks for SC/ST candidates
28 Years
Rs. 12,000 p.m
Project Assistant Level-III (non-Ph.D)
M.Sc (Envi Science) / B.E/B.Tech ( Envi. Science/Envi. Engineering ) Plus two years experience or M.E./M.Tech(Envi. Science/Envi. Engineering ) with Min. 55% marks
for General Category & 50% marks for SC/ST candidates
32 Years
Rs. 14,000 p.m
Project Associate Level – I (Ph.D)
P.hD in Envi Science, Envi. Engineering, Life Science
Through out first class and proficiency in technical skill will be preferred

The engagement is purely on a temporary basis, which may be extended or curtailed, depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption.

Applicants are to appear for a personal interview before the Selection Committee on 15.7.2014 at 11.00 AM NEERI, Mumbai Zonal Center, 89/B, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai- 400 018 .No TA will be admissible for appearing for the Interview. No separate interview call letter will be issued. Candidates who do not fulfill the prescribed educational qualification will not be interviewed.
No interim inquiries will be entertained in this regard.
