Applications are invited from eligible candidates for 2 [two] Project Assistant [Level-II] on a temporary contractual basis to work in the in the Referral Food Laboratory (RFL) Project tenable at Department of Food Safety and Analytical Quality Control Laboratory (FS&AQCL), CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, Karnataka.
Essential Qualification:
Post 1: First Class M.Sc. in the area of Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Food Technology/ Food Science & Nutrition with good academic records.
Post 2: First class M.Sc. in the area of Microbiology with good academic records.
Preference will be given to candidates having One year experience in food analysis.
Emoluments: Rs.12,000/- per month

Candidates should not have exceeded 28 years of age as on 18-09-2014 i.e. the last date of receipt of applications for the post. Age limit shall be relaxable for statutory groups as per rule. The selection will be on the basis of Interview. The engagement will be initially for the period of six months. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis and does not confer any right/claim whatsoever, for the regular CSIR/CFTRI post/fellowship.
Applications received after the due date (i.e.18-09-2014) will be summarily rejected. The short-listed candidates will be informed about the date of interview and the venue through e-mail/post.
No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
