Project Assistant (1 No)
JCERDC project on Development of sustainable advanced lignocellulosic biofuel systems
Indo-USSTFEssential: Graduates in Agricultural Sciences/life sciences or related subjects.
Desirable: Working experience in lab/pot/field experimentation.

Research Associate (1 No)
NFBSFARA Project on “Studies on Sucrose accumulation for efficient ethanol production from Sweet Sorghum” NFBSFARA
Essential qualifications: Doctorate/ Ph D degree in Biochemistry or Plant Sciences or Microbiology. Experience in High Performance Liquid Chromatography, maintenance of microbial cultures is required.
Desirable: Good skills of scientific writing, and knowledge in statistical software and analysis of data.
Rs.17,000/- (fixed)+HRA

The above post is purely temporary and on contractual basis till expiry of the project. The candidates shall submit Applications at the time of interview in the proforma enclosed along with a passport size photograph and a set of attested copies of requisite mark-sheet, certificates and supporting documents. They have to produce all the original certificates at the time of interview for verifications. NO TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Director, DSR is final and binding in all respects.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The age limit of above position is up to 35 years for men and 40 years for women. The relaxation in upper age limit is permissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rules.
2. The candidates have to produce his/her original certificates along with a set of Xerox and a photo, list of publication and other documents such as experience and caste certificate at the time of interview for verification and required to submit the bio-data in the format given below (affixing latest passport size photograph) along with attested copies of certificates of educational qualification.
3. The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointment / absorption in DSR or funding agency at the end of the project.
