This conference is a need for all of you because the upliftment of the scientists and their credentials are counted ultimately on the basis of their research outcome in the form of three P’s that is Projects, patents and publication. Scientists struggle to get funds from different funding agencies during their scientific endeavours. Recipients of grants need to go through competitive process which demands skills and facts in research methodology. There are difficulties in formulating projects for young scientists due to lack of experience in writing skills and demonstrating their thinking capabilities.
