Qualification & duties - will be under-, graduate or post-graduate and have prior wet lab experience in a biology lab

Remuneration - Rs.5000 per month (Consolidated)

Scope of the project: To learn molecular taxonomy & systematics, proteomic and genomic analysis and : LLy of a rare faunal collection.

1. Technical assistant level II- 1 position

Qualification & duties- will be graduate or post-graduate and have specialized skill sets for day to day upkeep, maintenance, procurement etc. of specimens. (Trained in museum related activities with prior work experience)

Remuneration- Rs. 8000 per month (Consolidated)

Duration of the grant- 3 years

2. Technical assistant level I- 1 position

Qualification & duties - will be literate graduate or lower grade and will be exclusively meant for cleaning and maintenance activities.

Remuneration - Rs.5000 per month (at Rs.300 per diem plus travel Rs.200)

Duration of the grant- 3 years
