JRF and FIELD ASSISTANT POSITIONS IN DBT PROJECT

Applications are invited for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and one Field Assistant in the DBT Research Project, Government of India (Letter No: BT/PR8399/PBD/26/384/2013, Dt: 06-04-2014) (2014-2017) under Dr. G. Narasimha, Principal Investigator (PI), Department of Virology, S.V. University, Tirupati 517 502.

Title of the project: “Biological detoxification of lignocellulosic hydrolysates to enhance ethanol production”

Eligibility:

JRF (One): Masters’s degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Scirnces/Virology.

Candidates clearing NET/SET/GATE would be given preference.

Field Assistant (One): Candidate should possess B.Sc Degree in Life Sciences with lab experience.

Fellowship amount:

JRF: Rs 16,000+ HRA per month.
Field Assistant: Consolidated pay of Rs. 5000/- per month.
