Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
in DBT funded project entitled “Development of a genetically engineered live vaccine against brucellosis for animals”.
Rs.28000/- + 20% HRA per month
Qualification Master degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life sciences and related disciplines with NET/GATE or equivalent qualification and 2 years of research work experience.
Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or
Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course with 2 years of research experience.
Desirable Working knowledge in handling Brucella/bacterial culture and laboratory animals, Working knowledge of molecular biology, bacteriology, immunological techniques and bioinformatics tools.
Job description Immunization of animals, collection of blood samples, Immunological and histopathological studies, Data recording, result analysis, documentation etc.
Age limit Candidate’s upper age limit is 35 years for male and 40 years for female (relaxation for ST/SC/OBC/Female as per Govt. of India norm). Duration Till September. 2017 or termination of the project, whichever is earlier. Candidates attending interview should produce original and one photocopy of certificates/ degree and passport size photograph.
