JRF: Postgraduate degree in basic science with
NET/GATE/BET qualification or Graduate degree in
Professional course with NET/GATE/BET qualification as per
DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-09/2012, dated 21st October 2014.
SRF: Qualification prescribed for JRF with two years research
experience
Preferred subjects:
Basic Science: Zoology, Biology, Biochemistry and
Biotechnology
Professional Science: Animal Reproduction, Animal
Physiology, Animal Biochemistry and Animal Biotechnology.
Desirable
Qualification
Research experience in veterinary andrology, semen analysis,
freezing, hormone analysis, immunocytochemical,
immunofluoroescence and western blot technique, one and two
dimensional gel electrophoresis, RNA isolation, Quantitative
PCR etc.
Project Period Up to 04/12/2017
Age Limit Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per
rules
The post is purely temporary on contractual basis and is co-terminus with the project and till
termination of the project whichever is earliest and the institute will not be held responsible
to give regular appointment at this institute after expiry/termination of the project.
