The aim of this workshop is to provide an opportunity for experts from Academic Institutions and Industriesto explore R / Bioconductor software in Healthcare data. The workshop aims to provide a deep insight on R / Bioconductor software through hands-on practical experience.  At the end of the course the participants have sufficient background knowledge in Healthcare Data Analytics using R and Bioconductor.

CONTENT OF THE WORKSHOP

The Workshop aims to provide hands on training on the following contents.

·       Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics in Medical Databases using R and Bioconductor

·       Apply various supervised machine learning techniques

·       Perform Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)

·       Use various packages in R to create fancy p lots
