Prof. G.M. Microbial Technology: Biofertilizers(Nitrogen fixing, Phosphate solubilising and Potassium solubilizing bacteria  isolation, characterization and  activity analysis), Biopesticides & Biofuel  development and evaluation. Prototype studies on aquaphonics and biopotential of aqua waste. Quality detection analysis of finished bioproducts. Antimicrobial activity of Bioactive compounds.

Biocomputing and Data analysis : Bioinformatic suits, Clinical Genomics, Sequence studies, Transcriptomics, Network analysis.
