Prof. G.M. Reddy Research Foundation (G.M.R.R.F) is a non-profit autonomous Research Organization registered in December 1995 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and recognized by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, New Delhi in August, 1997. Biomolecules: Phytochemical studies, Genomic , plasmid DNA, RNA and miRNA isolation. PCR, RAPD,RFLP, SSCP and Haplotype analysis, Gel electrophoresis, Northern Blotting. Genetic diversity analysis. Bacterial transformation and cloning, Recombinant DNA Technology, Enzyme assays and kinetics, Immuno-blotting & diffusion. Purification Techniques: HPLC, TLC, Affinity Chromatography. Analysis of bioactive compounds. Molecular Genetics: Biomarkers studies. Analysis of Human blood samples. Data analysis and Biostatistics.

Microbial Technology: Biofertilizers(Nitrogen fixing, Phosphate solubilising and Potassium solubilizing bacteria  isolation, characterization and  activity analysis), Biopesticides & Biofuel  development and evaluation. Prototype studies on aquaphonics and biopotential of aqua waste. Quality detection analysis of finished bioproducts. Antimicrobial activity of Bioactive compounds.

Biocomputing and Data analysis : Bioinformatic suits, Clinical Genomics, Sequence studies, Transcriptomics, Network analysis.

Academic real time projects registration closes as it reaches the required number of participants. Prior registration is mandatory.

Cell Biology: Plant tissue culture and Micropropagation. DNA fingerprinting,  RAPD marker studies. Animal: PBMC, HeLa and UCB stem cell culture, Chromosomal preparation, karyotyping.

GRANT WRITING & PUBLICATION WRITING:

Assist in finding a proposal concept, evaluating the past work of concept, planning, execution methodology and finalizing the  budget. Facilitate the submission of manuscript for publication in peer reviewed Journals.
