A walk-in-interview is scheduled on 27th October, 2017 from 10:00 hrs. onwards at ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow for selection of Young Professional-I and Young Professional-II on contractual basis at ICAR-NBFGR, Lucknow. Eligible and desirous candidates fulfilling all the requirements may appear for the interview with duly filled in application form giving full details of academic records and experience(s). The details are as follows:- 

Under "Short Term Technical Manpower Hired" 

Young Professional-I (FHMD) 01 

Rs. 15,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: 1. Graduate in Life Sciences/Fishery Science/any branch of Technology (Biological) with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA 

Desirable Qualification: 

 Working experience in Microbiology/Biotechnology will be preferred. 

Young Professional-II (FHMD) 01 

Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: 

1. Post-Graduate in Life Sciences/Zoology/Fishery Science/any branch of Technology (Biological) with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA alongwith working experience in Microbiology. 

Desirable Qualification: Working experience in Microbiology/Biotechnology will be preferred. 

Young Professional-II (FCD) 01 

Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: Post-Graduate in Fishery Science/Zoology/Life Sciences with specialization in Fishery Science/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Aquaculture with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA 

Desirable: 

1. Research Experience in Fisheries/Molecular research techniques and computer skills. 

Under “Outreach Activity on Fish Genetic Stocks Phase-2” 

Young Professional-II 01 

Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: Graduate degree holders in Fisheries Science or Post Graduate in Zoology with specialization in fisheries science with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA 

Desirable

1. Masters in Fisheries Science with specialization in genetics and breeding/farm resource management. 

2. Research experience in Fisheries biology along with working knowledge of general molecular techniques, after essential qualification.

Note: The project involves extensive exploration tours and sampling from water bodies all over India. Network Project on Antimicrobial resistance in fisheries and Aquaculture 

Young Professional-II 01 

Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: 

1. Post-Graduate in Life Sciences (or equivalent degree in Fishery Science/any branch of Technology (Biological) with working experience in Microbiology with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA 

Desirable Qualification: Working experience in Microbiology/Biotechnology will be preferred. 

All India Network Project on Fish Health 

Young Professional-II 01 

Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Fisheries Science/Life Science with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA 

Desirable: Minimum two years research experience in Microbiology/Fish Health Management with relevant research publications. 

CRP Vaccines & Diagnostic Project 

Young Professional-II 01 

Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed 

21-45 years (age relation will be applicable as per govt. rules) 

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Fisheries Science/Life Science with I st division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA/CGPA 

Desirable: Minimum two years research experience in Microbiology/Fish Health Management with relevant research publications.
