Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad (CSIR-CCMB) invites applications from MBBS students (2nd and 3rd years) to undertake Research Observership for 2-weeks (maximum intake of 20). Each Student would be assigned to a laboratory during the training program. In addition to laboratory observership/training, students would be exposed to scientific ethics, good laboratory practices and taken to visit various research facilities at CCMB and its annexes. The student would be required to submit a short report to CCMB and certificates would be issued to students on successful completion of the training/observership.
2 batches are being offered for the training - 18th - 30th Dec 2017 (Batch I) and 26th Dec 2017 to 6th Jan 2018 (Batch II). Applications would be online. The students are required to upload a forwarding certificate from HOD/Principal of University/College/Institute; a SOP and a brief biodata along with the application in the prescribed format. Successful students would get a confirmation email about their selection. The last date for receiving applications is 25h November 2017.
No fee is being charged for the program. Students have to take care of their own accommodation. Canteen services will be available on all working days.
