Walk-in-interview for engagement/hirning of Four (04) temporary positions of YP-II
under CRP on Vaccines and Diagnostics Project and Two (02) Project Assistants under DBT-NER-ADMaC
Project.
Walk-in interview will be held on 19.12.2017 at 10:00 AM for engagement of four (04) temporary
positions of YP-II under CRP on Vaccines and Diagnostics Project and Two (02) Project Assistants under DBT- NER-ADMaC Project at this Institute. The eligible candidates fulfilling the following requirements may submit

1. Development of NS3 specific monoclonal Antibody based BVDV
diagnostic (PI-Richa Sood)
Period – (Oct 2017 – March 2019).
2. Development of recombinant nucleoprotein based ELISA for Avian
Influenza antibody detection ( PI – S. Bhatia )
Period- (Oct 2017 – March 2019).
3. Development of antibody based rapid test for detection for H5 avian
influenza virus in poultry ( PI – G. Venkatesh)
Period – (October 2017 – March 2020).
4. Development of DNA strip test for subtyping of avian influenza viruses.
(PI – S.B. Sudhakar)

B Qualifications Graduation or Post Graduation in Veterinary Sciences.

M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology as per ICAR guidelines
Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience.
C Duration For project 1, 2 & 3 – The engagement will initially be for a period up to
31.03.2018 and extendable for a period of 01 (one) year (upto 31.03.2019) based
on needs of the projects and performance of the candidate.
For project 4 – The engagement will initially be for a period up to 31.03.2018
and extendable till 30.09.2018 based on needs of the projects and performance
of the candidate.
D Remuneration Rs.25000/= only consolidated.
E Age Limit The minimum age under young professional category will be 21 years and
maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.

B Qualifications Essential Degree:- M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology or an equivalent
life sciences degree. Desirable:- Exposure of working in research environment.
Practical knowledge in computer applications especially MS Word, Excel and
Powerpoint.
C Duration Up to 24th April 2019.
D Remuneration Rs.8000/= per month fixed (No HRA)
E Age Limit 30 years for men and 35 years for women
