Normally they extend last date for CSIR applications.

If csir will publish the result a little bit late, then we can't apply for IITs because the last dates for applying are april 2 etc. So what should we do. Kindly suggest something.

I think its not possible to score 133.98 marks i.e. .98 how is that possible. This can be possible only after result declaration, and if u are getting then u will be in top 35 or 40. Congratulations

We can not even apply for some of the institute as the last date for uploading net result within 30th april. Is there any way to know about when they will declear the result. I dont why the system is so irresponsible that have no care about of the education.
