Applications are invited for a purely temporary basis of Junior Research Fellow (1) under DBTBBE-Scheme (Sponsered by DBT, Govt. of India), in a time bound research project (@3 years) entitled “Designing and characterization of high yield antimicrobial peptide expression partner or the production of Epinecidin-1 and its variants with insightful evaluation against fungal pathogens causing eye diseases” sanctioned to Dr.K.Anbarasu, Assistant Professor, Department of Marine Biotechnology. 

Qualification: Essential: First class M.Sc / M.Tech / M.V.Sc in any branch of life sciences with good academic record. 

Desirable: DBT-BET/NET/GATE, Experience in the field of Molecular Biology, Biochemistry with bioinformatics skills. 

Age: Below 28 years 

Remuneration: Rs.25,000/-+HRA for NET Qualified Rs.18,000/-for Non- NET 

The candidate must be highly self-motivated towards goal and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
