Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow to work in the following research project sanctioned by ICMR (No. 5/13/04/2014-NCD-III dated 22/12/2017).
Title of the project: “Targeting Self-renewal capacity of Breast Cancer using Gli-I-bifunctional shRNA”
Position : JRF (One)
Tenure : 3 years
Qualification: JRF - M.Sc. life sciences with 55% marks
Desirable: Research experience in cancer cell culture and molecular biology will be preferred.
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000 p.m. + 20% HRA for 1st & 2nd Year and 28,000 + 20% HRA for 3rd Year for candidate qualifying NET/CSIR-UGC/GATE/ICMR
OR
Rs. 12,000 p.m. + 20% HRA for 1st & 2nd Year and 14,000 + 20% HRA for 3rd Year for candidate without qualifying NET/CSIR-UGC/GATE/ICMR
Age: The upper age limit for JRF is 28 as on the day on which the application is made. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/women and physically handicapped candidates.
