Our primary research interest lies at the interface of chemistry and biology to gain mechanistic insights into the biological problems such as metabolic disorders, cancer cell metabolism etc. Two Ph.D. positions are available in the following research areas
• Protein lipidation and metabolism
• Molecular mechanism of natural polyphenols and their therapeutic roles in human diseases
• Chemical synthesis and validation of bioorthogonal probes
• Design and synthesis of metabolic inhibitors

Minimum Qualification: First class M.Sc. (in Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences or related subjects), M.Tech. or equivalent with Valid UGC/CSIR/DBT/INSPIRE/ICMR-JRF. Candidates having a basic knowledge of organic synthesis will be preferred.
