Purification and Detection of expressed Protein in E. coli
Detection of cloned gene protein through SDS PAGE and Western blotting
Fermentation and Analytical Techniques
Purification and Detection of expressed Protein in E. coli
Production of recombinant (cloned gene) product using Fermentor
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Analysis
Target group: Students enrolled in any UG/PG Programmes, doctorates/researchers, scientists, faculty and others.
Certificate: On completion of the course Certificate of participation would be issued.
Fees:
Rs. 5,000/- payable by DD in favor of Executive Director, Agri Biotech Foundation, Rajendranagar, Payable at
Rajendranagar branch, Hyderabad, TS.
(Course fee includes course material and working lunch; Fee once deposited will not be refunded; Accommodation can be
provided on request on chargeable basis. Rs.150/person/day at student hostel; 350/person/day at guest house. Kindly
request for accommodation two weeks before.
