The Institute invites applications for the following project positions on contract basis:
Research Associate
Name of Project Identification and Characterization of molecular pathways
involved in immune-related autophagy
Funding agency Department of Biotechnology
Minimum Educational qualification
(as prescribed by the funding agency) PhD/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal
Preference Candidates with prior experience in the field of autophagy, and familiarity with cell culture, western Blotting, imaging, basic molecular, cell biology and techniques are preferred.
Number of posts One
Fellowship amount Starting Fellowship Rs. 36,000 P. M. + HRA. Depending on the performance and experience, the fellowship may be raised to Rs. 38,000 in the second year and Rs. 40,000 in the third and final year.
Tenure of the post One year (extendable up to a maximum of two more years)
Age Below 40 years
